Problem Reporting
PKB is written in Java and the majority of the code has been in use for over ten years and is stable. Nevertheless, we do steadily add new features and deploy PKB in new environments. Deploying PKB as a service over the web does of course bring new challenges. PKB Error capture is based on the Java model and is quite robust. If an error is encountered then a window should pop up with the details we need to investigate the issue. So, take a screen shot, copy the text from any reporting boxes and include all these in an email to support@pkb.gradwell.com. Try to describe as much as possible about what you were trying to do and the environment you are using (Browser, operating system).
The following is an example of a "When all else fails" error report screen. If you get one of these copy all the text into the email.
